On a Sunday in December during Advent many members of the congregation gather together in the church after the service to decorate and adorn the church for Christmas. Many members of the congregation look forward to this annual event. Several women from the congregation prepare a delicious lunch that is served after the decorating is completed.

Annual Meeting

The membership of Grace Church gathers together for a meal, and to take part in the annual meeting of the congregation on a Sunday in late January each year. At this gathering new vestry members and wardens are elected. During this important meeting the congregation also elects four delegates and alternates to represent them at the annual Diocesan Convention.
